Tom R. Helberg concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, including the preparation and negotiation of real estate transactions and commercial leases and resolving zoning issues, easement issues, and title matters.
In addition to his work for Liebenthal Levine Ltd., Tom is also active as the manager and principal of Bellevue Investors Company, LLC, a commercial real estate development and investment company. Tom’s work with Bellevue Investors has provided Tom with extensive experience with managing a real property management portfolio and has provided a strong business background for working with his clients on similar matters.
Tom is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Toledo Bar Association. He is also a member of the State Bank Board of Directors, Sylvania Township Board of Zoning Appeals and Distinguished Clown Corps.
