Jon B. Liebenthal concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, business succession planning, tax and estate planning, asset protection planning, estate and trust administration, and real estate.
Jon regularly represents closely held businesses, multi-generational businesses, and their owners. In addition to his law degree, Jon is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Ohio.
Jon serves on several local charitable and corporate boards. Additionally, Jon is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
